New Hampshire’s music legend Randy Miller will be leading our January workshop.

Welcoming New Members

We’d like to welcome our newest members, Noel Gagne (fiddle), Gary Dickinson (guitar), Barb Shaltis (C clarinet and accordion), Kevin Finigan (Piano and banjo), Kim Speidel (violin, piano), and Katie Hawn (fiddle). And we welcome back Howard Slosek (fiddle and flute) and Laurel Bates (whistle). Kevin comes to us from Vermont and Katie from New Jersey!

Members, Take Note…

Dues-paying members, keep a lookout for an email from NHScottishMusic@gmail.com. We’ve put together a survey to find out who will be performing in our spring concerts and to determine when we can have a couple extra rehearsals before we perform in Peterborough on April 2. When you receive the survey, please be sure to fill it out as soon as possible so we can firm up dates.

Spring Concerts & More!

We return to Bass Hall in Peterborough on Sunday, April 2 to celebrate NH Tartan Day.
NEFFA - April 21-23 is live this year. We are waiting to hear if our application has been approved.
We’ll play our annual concert at the Portsmouth Public Library on Saturday, May 13.
And on June 4 we’ll be trying out a new satellite meeting place in Dublin, NH, for an informal gathering, followed by a concert featuring Mari Black and her Celtic Trio.

Finally, my apologies…

For the late newsletter. The holidays caught me by surprise. Not really, they come every year at this time, but I had some personal projects to tend to. Then the website started doing weird things and we needed to get those straightened out. Do know that if you want find out what we are up to, you can usually find the latest information on our website.
