Our April 12th Gathering

In preparation for our upcoming concerts, we’ll be using our April gathering as a rehearsal. While this is intended to make our concert performances stronger than ever, the session will not be lost on those who are not playing the concerts, as overall musicianship is sure to be improved. Upcoming Concert in Concord

When: Sunday, April 26, 4pm-5:30pm

Where: Concord Community Music School, 23 Wall St. Concord, NH, 03301

Arrival time: Be in place and ready for sound check at 3pm.

Attire: All black, or black with plaid.

We will have another rehearsal at Anne’s house on Saturday, April 18th, at 1pm.

Keith Murphy Workshop Summary

Our workshop with Keith Murphy last month focused on rhythm, especially keeping the rhythm while playing together.

Scholarships Reminder

We received two grants for scholarships this year. Any member who wants to attend a summer program, take lessons, take online courses, etc. is welcome to apply.

Join Us for Board Meetings

Ever wonder what your Board does? Join us for Board Meetings! All meetings are open to our members. We meet (usually) the first Wednesday of the month at 7 PM on Zoom. Meetings are an hour or less and we would welcome anyone who is interested to see how we run the organization. Send an email to nhscottishmusic@gmail.com and we’ll send you the Zoom link.
